Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the US and the UK, since they’re closest to home. But don’t worry, we’re working on international shipping and can’t wait to get acquainted one day soon.
Once we receive your order, we’ll get it processed and shipped out to you within 3 business days (if not sooner). Once it’s been shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 5–10 business days for Canada/US orders and 7—14 business days for UK orders. The world is a wild place so delivery dates aren’t guaranteed, but you can rest assured that we’re always working our hardest to get your order to you as soon as possible. Note: Because we’re a small team with different distribution hubs, orders will not be shipped on weekends, or Canadian or US holidays.

If you’re ordering The Wilds to a Canadian address, all taxes and duties will be included in the total cost of your order. For orders shipping to the US and the UK, taxes and duties may be collected locally. Kindly note that The Wilds is not responsible for any taxes or duties you might need to pay when your order is delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of skincare, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, we want you to love your products just as much as we do. If for any reason you don’t, or if your order was damaged or incorrect, we want to hear about it. Drop an email to hello@shopthewilds.com within 21 days of receiving your order and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Mistakes happen. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, send an email to hello@shopthewilds.com within 48 hours of the order being placed, with ‘CHANGE ORDER’ or ‘CANCEL ORDER and your order number in the subject line. We won’t be able to change your order once it’s been shipped, but if it hasn’t, we’ll do everything we can to sort out your request.

Yes. Our minimalist skincare has been designed to include only the hero ingredients your skin needs, and nothing it doesn’t. There’s a lot that your skin is actually better off without – check out our individual product pages to see who wasn’t invited to the party.

Our outer packaging is 100% recyclable, including the shipping box (down to the recycled plastic stamp on the front), the smaller box that holds your bottle, and the biodegradable tape that seals it all together. Our bottles are currently 90% recyclable (with the glass components being 100% recyclable), and we’re working hard to get that to 100% by 2025. It’s a marathon for small businesses like ours, but an important one that we are absolutely committed to finishing.
